RETURN POLICY

Thank you for ordering from VivianeKlein.com.  If you have questions about your order, please contact us at info@VivianeKlein.com.  All items are inspected and checked for quality before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

We have a 21-day return policy, including free domestic returns for regular priced items purchased from VivianeKlein.com and returned within 21 days of receipt. All items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return, send us a message at info@vivianeklein.com with the Subject: Return Request and in the message, include your name, purchase date, order number and the reason for the return request. Once we approve your return request, we will send you a shipping label, which is required to return your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are:

a.    shipped after the 21-day grace period

b.    worn

c.    altered

d.    washed

e.    stained or damaged in any way

f.     with tags and/or hygienic liner removed. All tags and sanitary liners must be fully attached at the time of return.

Upon receipt of returned goods, VivianeKlein.com reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements. Returns not abiding by this policy will not be eligible for a refund. In this case, VivianeKlein.com will offer the item back to the sender, with the sender paying the standard shipping and handling charge.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.

All international sales are final - no returns are accepted on international orders. Customer is responsible for all applicable tax and duties.
